Marcello Lo Giudice (born 1955), an internationally renowned artist, is considered one of the most interesting names on the new frontier of contemporary Informal art.
This work, dated 1981, belongs to the artist's early period, when, having moved to Milan, he experiments with a conceptual language through the use of mixed media and non-conventional materials.
The work is realized with mixed media: retouché with the artist's manual interventions on a lithographic base, including smoke darkenings and applications of color, which make each specimen unique and enhance its expressive force.
The work is signed and dated 1981 at the bottom right.
