ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where a name replaces talent and where industrial production replaces the human hand, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore full legitimacy to the act of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of genuine talent, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets stringent criteria:
100% handmade: Each work is the fruit of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist's hand is the sole driving force behind creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, conceived and created by the artist themselves.
The signature as a pledge: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully assumes their work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the board (printed signature); only hand signatures from the artist are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We strongly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a decorative piece produced in series, without real artist involvement, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: it loses value as soon as the marketing wanes.
We prefer to bet on the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work, is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. If we cannot predict the future, we firmly believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, deepen in meaning, emotion, and value, whereas purely promotional products fade.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you do not merely acquire an object of Art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your piece and how it was created.
A real guarantee of owning a work produced by the artist themselves, not a crude outsourcing arrangement, simply because the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Sustainable investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than in marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, not crude outsourcing, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Artist biography: Painter Nguyen Robert, 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, a genuine village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work is distinguished by a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age he is fascinated by the rural architecture of his surroundings, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms — all elements that would become the basis of his visual language.
Always based in his native region, Nguyen Robert over the decades developed a deeply contemporary, modern, and decisively architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while maintaining a poetic sensitivity inherent to Vietnamese culture.
His Franco-Vietnamese heritage enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul injects softness, spirituality, and fluidity into his works. The result is an artistic universe where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power.
Renowned for his ability to transform daily life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today regarded as one of the singular voices in the Mekong Delta’s contemporary painting. He continues his work in his Ben Tre studio, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and he continues to exhibit in several galleries in Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art lovers seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
