LeYack — La Danse des Cabines, hand-signed giclée on canvas, 40 × 40 cm, limited edition of 20 numbered copies, ready to frame, with a certificate of authenticity, produced in France from 2020 onwards; a portrait in a Renaissance style.
Description from the seller
A North Sea beach in the off-season — pearl-gray sky, beige sand, sea on the horizon, a row of white cabins with gray roofs. On the deserted parking lot’s concrete, a woman in a white dress spins alone, head tilted back, arms open, hair in the wind. Her white pumps strike the ground in a dance that nobody is watching.
Le Yack creates here one of his purest images — joyful solitude, the kind that needs no audience. The cold geometry of the cabins and the parking lot lines contrasts absolutely with the living curve of the swirling dress. It is a painting about freedom — the one we grant ourselves when there is no one left to see it.
