ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where nameovershadow talent and industrial production replaces the hand of man, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute criteria of rigor.
Our mission is simple yet radical: restore the noble status of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with brave artists, and above all, hardworking ones.
We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not reducible to a marketing strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Hand-made: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force behind the creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We refuse industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and executed by the artist himself.
The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not a mere formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the assurance that the artist fully owns the work from the first sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the board (printed signatures); only signatures by the artist in their own hand are accepted, otherwise we reject the works.
Against “Art Marketing”
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a serially produced decorative piece, without real intervention by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades once the marketing fades.
We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the work. An artist who takes time to create, who fashions every detail and pours their soul into their work is the one who leaves a lasting mark. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, deepen in substance, emotion, and value—where purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an art object. You are supporting:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who created your piece and how it was made.
A genuine guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves and not a vulgar outsourcing under the pretext that the artist is already world-famous.
3. Long-term investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was realized.
A true guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves, not a crass subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Hoang Anh biography
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. Lives and works in Hanoi.
Hailing from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to that pivotal generation of Vietnamese artists (the “8x” generation) who combine cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on Hanoi’s art scene with a bold approach to material and color.
Graduate of the Artistic Talents program (class 13) at Thanh Hoa College of Culture and Arts
Graduate of the Painting Department (class 48) at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts
Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh’s work is defined by an intense exploration of texture and movement. While he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and female figure, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• The energy of gesture: a proponent of oil and acrylic painting, he frequently uses a palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a near-musical rhythm on the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: his work plays on the contrast between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and flashes of primary colors — ardent reds, solar yellows, and deep blues — that seem to spring from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: his compositions do not seek to reproduce reality but to capture its emotional essence. His paintings often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the vibration of heat, or the bustle of a metropolitan area in transformation.
Exhibitions and Recognition
A prolific and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly shows in Hanoi’s prestigious galleries and within national art collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections, in Vietnam and internationally, captivating with their ability to translate Oriental sensibility into a universal, modern language.
"Painting is for me a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
