No reserve price - Cigarette dispenser - Brass - solid brass box

A distinctive solid-brass box; I suppose it was used as a cigarette case. The inside is worked with a very particular grinding; measurements 18x11x3 cm; weighs about 600–700 grams. It has no defects; note the hinge is intact. It was bought many years ago at a market in Sicily, in Taormina. It seems to be from the 1950s.
