ARTIS Art Gallery: The Renewal of Artistic Authenticity
In a world where art too often becomes a mass-market product, where a name eclipses talent and where industrial production replaces the human hand, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute criteria of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the nobility of genuine creation.
Our commitment: genuine art, with brave, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of real talents, artists whose work is not simply a marketing strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets stringent criteria:
100% handmade: Each work results from meticulous artisanal craftsmanship, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory-style production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, conceived and realized by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: every work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully owns their work from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the board (printed signatures); only hand-signed works by the artist are accepted; otherwise we reject the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a decorative piece produced in series, without real intervention by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as marketing wanes.
We prefer to invest in intrinsic quality over time. An artist who takes the time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who leaves a lasting imprint. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a piece with us, you are not merely acquiring an Art object. You are supporting:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves and not by a vulgar subcontractor, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Lasting investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than in a marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A real guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Hoang Anh — Biography
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam; lives and works in Hanoi
Originally from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to the transitional generation of Vietnamese artists (the 8x generation) who fuse cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on Hanoi’s art scene with a bold approach to material and color.
Graduated from the Talent Arts program (class of 13) at Thanh Hoa Culture and Arts School
Graduated from the Painting Department (class of 48) at the Vietnam University of Arts Education
Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh’s work is distinguished by intense exploration of texture and movement. While he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and the female figure, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• The energy of gesture: A practitioner of oil and acrylic painting, he frequently uses the palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a almost musical rhythm on the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: His work plays on the contrast between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and flashes of primary colors—fiery reds, sunny yellows, and deep blues—that seem to burst from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: His compositions do not aim to reproduce reality, but to capture its emotional essence. His canvases often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the vibration of heat, or the bustle of a metropolis in transformation.
Exhibitions and Recognition
An active and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly exhibits in Hanoi’s prestigious galleries and within national art collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections, in Vietnam and internationally, captivating with their ability to translate an Eastern sensibility into a universal and modern language.
"Painting is, for me, a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
