With this vertically formatted work, Medsan seizes Superman, the absolute archetype of DC Comics' superhero, in a off-moment — a simple morning coffee — the body entirely covered in fluorescent graffiti.

The treatment blends hyperreal sculptural rendering with the energy of street art: the hero's dark statue, cape unfurled, is adorned with electric tags (“RISE”, “HERO”, “JOKER”, “UP”, “KAW”) that explode against the black background. In his hand, a “Daily Planet Coffee” mug steams softly — a nod to Clark Kent’s daily life as a journalist before he was Kryptonian. The “S” logo still reads through the layers of paint.
