“Continuum I” is another digital print from the series devoted to relationships and closeness between two people.

In previous works I showed the moment of finding a common balance and the joy of being together. In this piece I wanted to focus on what happens later – when the relationship becomes calmer, more conscious, and based on mutual trust.

The most important element of this work is tenderness. Not the spectacular, but the everyday kind – visible in simple gestures, proximity, and a sense of security. It is these small moments that build lasting relationships.

I deliberately refrained from depicting facial features of the characters. This way, the emotions do not arise from facial expressions but from their mutual posture and the way they are close to one another. I wanted every viewer to find their own experiences and own story in this scene.

The title “Continuum” refers to the continuity of the relationship. For me, love is not a single event but a process that develops every day through trust, presence, and small gestures. This image is about that everyday closeness – sincere, incredibly calm, and giving a sense that next to another person we are simply at home with ourselves.
