The vibrancy and structure of an exceptional vintage Champagne from Dom Pérignon The Estate The Dom Pérignon Champagne House pays tribute to Dom Pierre Pérignon, the renowned monk from the Abbey of Hautvillers who was appointed cellar master in 1668. For nearly fifty years, he passionately dedicated himself to creating what he called "the best wine in the world." Today, the House continues this pursuit of excellence and harmony under the guidance of Vincent Chaperon, Chef de Caves since 2019. The Vineyard Dom Pérignon is produced exclusively from grapes grown in Champagne’s finest terroirs. The vines are tended with the utmost care and cultivated sustainably, ensuring exemplary grape quality. The Vintage While spring and summer were marked by relatively cool temperatures and overcast skies, intense sunshine in September and persistent north/northeast winds fostered splendid grape ripening.
