Maritime object - Steel- Regatta Stopwatch

Interesting regatta stopwatch (Yachting Timer) 349, produced in Switzerland circa 1930s/1950s.
These chronometers, at the time, were introduced by Swiss brands, Leonidas or Bernina. This one has no mark.
Perfectly functional.
Despite its age, its overall condition of preservation is very good.
Steel case, cream-colored enamelled metal dial, Arabic numerals, black, inverted scale of numbers, anti-clockwise, hand, original blue-yellowing patina. Original glass, mineral. The dial features 5 small red windows that change color as the 5 minutes pass to indicate the start of the sailing race. Beautiful and clean mechanism. It is a piece of the history of sailing watchmaking. Insignificant very small signs of age.
Measurements: 5.7 cm diameter x 8 cm with crown x 2 cm thick.
