The internationally renowned artist Erwin Wurm (Vienna, 1954) seeks in his work the dialogue between the performance and conceptual art of the 1960s and the form language of classical sculpture. He became especially known for his temporary 'One Minute Sculptures': sculptural actions that only exist as photographs. Erwin Wurm's photograph 'Fear / Angst' (2007) shows such a 'One Minute Sculpture'. The work was self-published by Erwin Wurm on the occasion of an exhibition at Museum Het Domein in Sittard. Nearly new, with a few handling nicks and minuscule scratches that are only visible in raking light.
