​Unique History: The side of the lighter features a beautiful, detailed emblem of the French Ministry of Finance (Ministère des Finances), making this a rare governmental/official issue or commemorative piece.

​Condition: In excellent vintage condition with a beautiful engine-turned (guilloché) pattern on the body and an empty cartouche for engraving. Some light age-related patina which adds to its character.
