Günter Grass (1927-2015) - Strandgut

This beautiful lithograph is by the famous German author, Nobel Prize winner and visual artist Günter Grass. He lived and worked for a time in Lübeck and spent a lot of time along the North German coast; STRANDGUT depicts scavenged animal remains (fish, birds) and sea plants. The lithograph was printed by Grass himself in his own studio. There are only 20 copies of it (numbered in Roman numerals). The lithograph offered here is No. XI of XX.
