Elegant and sought-after Savinelli Collection 2000, made in Italy in one of the most acclaimed celebratory series of the historic Milanese workshop.
The pipe features a splendid faceted head (panel bulldog) with a smooth finish that highlights an exceptionally high-quality briar, characterized by a well-distributed alternation of flame grain and bird's eye.
The original black acrylic stem retains the insert with the historic gold Savinelli shield.
The stamp "R" on the shank identifies the briar grade. In Savinelli's production, the letter is used to designate specimens selected for the aesthetic quality of the grain, superior to standard production and intended for the more curated series. It does not correspond to the "Autograph" or "Golden Jubilee" grades, but it still indicates a high-quality briar selection, with particularly prized grain and careful material choice.
