Medsan presents Cammy's Summer Break (キャミィ) — UNIQUE WORK, a 40 × 40 cm giclée on wood panel, 1/1 edition, signed by hand, created in 2026 in France, in a pop art style with a cultural pop theme.
Description from the seller
THIS WORLD BELONGS TO ONLY ONE PERSON - EDITION 1/1
With this square-format artwork, Medsan distances Cammy, the iconic Street Fighter fighter, from her rings to place her peacefully in the shade of a tree, before a Shinto shrine, savoring a shaved ice on a summer day.
The treatment is that of a bright, summery anime illustration: a deep blue sky with swirling cumulus clouds, vibrant greenery, a stone staircase leading to the vermillion torii and mossy granite lanterns. The heroine has kept her green bodysuit, her red beret, and her blonde braids — but the spoon in hand and the multicolored kakigori set a scene of summer softness thousands of leagues from the battlefield. The chirping of cicadas almost seems audible.
All the charm of the piece stems from this contrast: an elite warrior reduced to the role of a tourist savoring Japanese summer. Medsan imagines the life “off combat” of the icon, this moment of respite where the champion lowers her gloves to taste the simplicity of a vacation day.
A sunny, refreshing piece, ideal for bringing a pop, summery touch to a contemporary collector’s interior who loves retro video games and Japanese atmospheres.

About the Studio:
Atelier Joconde is a studio of artists gathered around a living, plural contemporary creation. Established as a true site of artistic production, the studio operates both in collective creation and in individual approaches, depending on the projects and works. Atelier Joconde is also a family adventure. Le Yack, a contemporary figurative painter, develops a narrative, introspective body of work with cinematic and realistic influences. Alongside him, Medsan, oriented toward pop art painting, explores color, modern iconography, and visual culture. Finally, Neo Pablo engages in a more instinctive search, blending abstract art, brut art, and figurative abstraction. Each work is conceived, created, and followed within the studio, with a shared artistic standard and an identity of its own for each artist.
