Medsan presents Street Art Geisha (ストリート芸者), a unique 1/1 giclée on a 40 × 40 cm wooden-panel canvas, signed by hand, produced in 2026 in France, in a limited edition.
Description from the seller
ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD EXISTS - EDITION 1/1
With this square-format work, Medsan brings a geisha, timeless figure of Japanese prints, to life from a wall of street art saturated with cherry blossoms, butterflies, and spray drips.
The treatment fuses stencil art in urban art style with the chromatic explosion of neo-pop: the silhouette of the geisha, fan in hand, is laid in flat, crisp blocks on a background overflowing with pink and white sakura, traditional motifs (seigaiha waves, fans, chrysanthemums) and touches of gold. The bright pink paint drips and the projections dripping from the bun mark the living gesture of the graffiti artist. The cartouche メドサン marks the lower corner.
The work dialogues between two worlds: the refined grace of Japanese tradition and the raw, urban, and subversive energy of street art. The geisha, icon of delicacy, asserts herself here with the audacity and spontaneity of a street work — classical beauty filtered through modern pop culture.
A vibrant and bold piece, ideal for adding a pop and japonizing touch to a contemporary interior for a collector who loves urban art and Japanese culture.

About the Studio:
Atelier Joconde is a studio of artists gathered around a contemporary, living, diverse creation. Established as a genuine artistic production space, the studio functions both in collective creation and in individual approaches, depending on the projects and works. Atelier Joconde is also a family venture. Le Yack, a contemporary figurative painter, develops a narrative and introspective body of work with cinematic and realistic influences. Beside him, Medsan, oriented toward pop art painting, explores color, modern iconography, and visual culture. Finally, Neo Pablo engages in a more instinctive research, blending abstract art, outsider art, and figurative abstraction. Each work is conceived, created, and followed within the studio, with a shared artistic standard and an identity unique to each artist.
