ARTIS Art Gallery: The Renewal of Artistic Authenticity
In a world where art is too often a mass-market product, where name overrides talent and where industrial production replaces human hands, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: restore the nobility of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with courageous, and above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not merely a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique artwork, designed and created by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: every work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully owns the work from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the board (printed signatures); only handwritten signatures by the artist are accepted; otherwise we refuse the works.
Against “Art Marketing”
We firmly oppose the trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, with no real intervention by the artist, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: its value fades once marketing wanes.
We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the art itself. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail, and who pours their soul into their work is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an object of art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a piece realized by the artist themselves and not a vulgar subcontracting exercise, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than in marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was realized.
A real guarantee of acquiring a work realized by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Artist Biography: Hoang Anh.
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam; lives and works in Hanoi
Originally from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to that pivotal generation of Vietnamese artists (the 8x generation) who combine cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on Hanoi’s art scene with a bold approach to material and color.
Graduated in the Artistic Talent program (class of 13) at Thanh Hoa College of Culture and Arts
Graduated from the Painting Department (class of 48) at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts
Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh’s work is distinguished by an intense exploration of texture and movement. While he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and the female form, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• The energy of gesture: A practitioner of oil painting and acrylic, he frequently uses a palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a rhythmic, almost musical pace across the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: His work plays with contrasts between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and bursts of primary colors—crimson reds, solar yellows, and deep blues—that seem to emerge from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: His compositions do not aim to reproduce reality but to capture its emotional essence. His canvases often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the shimmer of heat, or the bustle of a metropolis in rapid change.
Exhibitions and Recognition
An active and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly shows in Hanoi’s prestigious galleries and within national art collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections in Vietnam and internationally, winning admirers for translating Eastern sensibility into a universal, modern language.
"Painting is, for me, a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
