ARTIS Art Gallery: The revival of artistic authenticity
In a world where art too often becomes a mass-market product, where name replaces talent and factory production substitutes the human hand, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: restore proper regard for the act of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of real talent, artists whose work is not merely a business strategy. For us, a work of art is not standardized merchandise. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Handcrafted: Each work is the product of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and mass-production systems. What you acquire is a unique artwork, designed and made by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: every work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully stands behind their work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We reject signatures on the board (printed signatures); only hand-signed by the artist are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works.

Against "Art Marketing"
We firmly oppose the trend of selling “names” rather than artworks. Purchasing a “decorative” piece mass-produced, with no real intervention by the artist, equates to buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as marketing wanes.
We prefer to invest in the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work leaves a lasting impression. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that authentic works are the only investments that grow in depth, emotion, and value over time, whereas purely promotional products fade away.

Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an object of Art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves, not crude outsourcing, as a sign that the artist is seeking truth in art and creating it with passion, patience, and talent.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than in marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, not crude outsourcing, is the bridge between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience and talent.

Artist Biography: Nguyen Robert, born 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, an authentic village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work is distinguished by a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he has been fascinated by the rural architecture of his environment, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palm trees—elements that will form the basis of his visual language.

Based in his native region for years, Nguyen Robert developed over decades a deeply contemporary, modern, and architecturally oriented style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while preserving a poetic sensitivity inherent to Vietnamese culture.

His dual heritage, Franco-Vietnamese, enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul injects softness, spirituality, and fluidity into his works. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power.

Recognized for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today regarded as one of the distinctive voices in the Mekong Delta’s contemporary painting. He continues his work in his Ben Tre studio, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and he continues to exhibit in several galleries across Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art lovers seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
