Refined IWC Der Fliegerchronograph, reference 3706, produced in 1997.
An iconic automatic chronograph from the IWC Pilot line, characterized by a steel case, high-visibility black dial, day/date display, and the original steel bracelet.

The watch is equipped with an IWC / Valjoux 7750 automatic movement, a robust and highly regarded caliber, with the chronograph function working perfectly.

The black dial is original and never reprinted, with white Arabic numerals, chronograph counters, and the inscription IWC Schaffhausen Automatic. At 3 o’clock there is the day/date indication. On the bottom of the dial is the inscription T Swiss Made T.

The watch is in perfect working order:
the chronograph starts, stops, and resets correctly; the date and day change correctly; the automatic winding functions normally. Precision has been verified.

The case, bracelet, crown, and pushers are original IWC.
The sapphire crystal shows no scratches or chips visible. The case and bracelet show normal signs of use compatible with the age. A more evident scratch is noted on the case back, particularly affecting the letter R of the inscription FLIEGERCHRONOGRAPH, as visible in the photo.

The luminescent material on hands and indices is present but not very effective, in keeping with the age of the watch.

Water resistance has not been tested and is not guaranteed.

The watch is in good overall condition, with normal signs of use on the case, bracelet, crown, and pushers.
The sapphire crystal is in excellent condition, with no visible scratches or chips.

Note a more marked scratch on the case back, corresponding to the FLIEGERCHRONOGRAPH inscription, which particularly affects the letter R.

The dial is original and well preserved.
Luminescent material is present but works little.
