Two lamps in one: the glossy gray chrome teddy bear by day gives way to its sparkling multicolor alter ego at nightfall.

Luminous sculpture composed of a resin base and a silver synthetic rigid material bear with a glass-like appearance, commercially manufactured and customized, finished by hand by the artist Pope using a manual application technique of premium polymer vinyl.
The work personally carried out by the artist includes the graphic design, adaptation of the visual to the sculpture’s shapes, precise vinyl cutting, as well as the positioning and manual application of each element.
Each copy of this edition is individually personalized and hand-finished by the artist Pope.
The limited edition applies exclusively to the graphic customization and artistic finish performed by the artist Pope, and not to the commercially manufactured base illuminated sculpture.

Who is Pope?

Pope, cofounder of the AMA collective, develops a singular artistic universe driven by visual arts practice since childhood, a high standard of detail and meticulous visual research.
Through sculptures, paintings and installations, he draws inspiration from photography, urban landscapes and everyday scenes, with a sensitive and wondrous gaze, attentive to both simplicity and the complexity of the world around him.

Pope mainly draws inspiration from the world around him but also from movements of renowned artists such as Banksy, Keith Haring, Koons, Orlinski, Takashi, Fred Allart, Shepard Fairey, Warhol, Yayoi Kusama, Richard Hamilton, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Alec Monopoly, KAWS, Pantone, Mr. Brainwash, Blek le Rat, to name a few.
