Lemagne'83 - Memorias

"Memorias".

It is a work that exhibits characteristics of a fresh and spontaneous painting, reminiscent of African pictography and the Vanguard Movements of the 20th Century. A style of abstract and expressive surrealism is created, with a focus on the process of creation and the interaction of colors on the canvas. Objects or figures are not represented in a literally recognizable way, but rather the interaction of shapes, colors and lines is emphasized to evoke sensations or ideas.
The style recalls rock art and Joan Miró. The latter, known for his abstract compositions and bold use of color, creates a dynamic and energetic composition.
In short, this work is born from human emotion, allowing the viewer to conceive concepts that are not necessarily based on physical reality. Basically, it enables the imagination of things that do not exist in the material world.
Lemagne'83's work ranges from surreal to poetic, flirting with the metaphysics present in the abstraction of the 20th Century avant-gardes. Fusing styles, techniques, and concepts to create a unique and visual universe. Through the art’s own subjectivity, as a bridge between the explicit and the suggestive, it goes against the grain of reality, and focuses on exploring forms, colors, and textures that allow recreating compositions, evoking emotions and concepts. Sometimes it avoids depicting recognizable objects, concentrating on the essence and the visual purity of the work itself.

The layer of varnish preserves the painting from dust and UV rays.
The shipment of the work does not include a wooden frame. It will be packaged in a sturdy tube and sent via UPS or FedEx.
