This is completely normal for vintage carpets made of natural wool, as well as due to storage and transport. We recommend thoroughly vacuuming the carpet once after unboxing.
If desired, we also offer professional, ecological carpet cleaning for €17.50/m². This will extend the delivery time by about 2–4 working days.
We also carry out carpet repairs professionally – edging knotting and securing fringes by hand for €27.50 per running meter.
