Montblanc - StarWalker Doué - FULL SET - Pen

Here we present one of the most sophisticated and contemporary writing instruments from the Hamburg manufacture, capable of uniting classic materials with utterly modern textures: the Montblanc StarWalker Doué Fineliner / Roller Pen.

This specific variant stands out for an extraordinary visual and tactile contrast. The cap and the imposing grip section are made of solid platinum-plated metal, adorned with a refined horizontal-line engraving (circular guilloché). This ribbed finish catches the light, creating continuous metallic reflections. The midsection is forged in black precious resin, but it too reprises the same tactile ribbed motif, ensuring an exceptional grip and a dynamic aesthetic. To crown it all, there is the famous transparent dome atop the cap, inside which the white star emblem seems to float magically.

The model is a Fineliner / Rollerball (with detachable cap). Your excellent photos of the instrument disassembled highlight a highly cherished mechanical detail of the StarWalker line: the metal threading on the butt-end of the barrel, which allows you to screw the cap securely onto the back of the pen during writing, guaranteeing perfect weight balance. It currently houses its original Fineliner refill (marker-style tip) but is fully compatible with the classic Montblanc Rollerball refills.

The condition is to be considered excellent overall. The platinum-plated metal parts retain a superb mirror polish; only the very light and physiological micro-scratches (hairlines) from ordinary handling are visible, with no dents or deep scratches. The black resin is pristine and untouched. The serial code is regularly engraved on the clip ring.
