The case measures approximately 62.69 mm in diameter, with a watch weight of approximately 142.63 g, giving it a much stronger presence than a standard pocket watch. It features a white enamel-style dial with black Arabic numerals, blue 13–24 hour markings, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and ornate gold-tone hands. The inner cover is marked 0.800, and the back cover is decorated with a coat-of-arms style engraving. The inner cover also carries technical inscriptions including Spiral Breguet, Ligne Ancre Droite, and 15 Rubis.
