The StarWalker collection has always been synonymous with innovation, but this specific (and highly current) generation introduced an aesthetic and poetic detail that has endeared it to collectors. Looking at the famous dome atop the pen, the difference is immediately evident: beneath the floating star emblem there is a translucent blue hemisphere. This design was specially engineered by Montblanc to evoke the astronauts’ emotion as they behold the Earth rising above the lunar horizon, suspended in the vastness of space.

This particular Doué variant stands out for a wonderful and luxurious material contrast: the body is forged in the classic deep black precious resin, while the entire upper part and the solid nib housing are made of solid metal plated in bright platinum. This combination not only gives the instrument an extraordinary luster but also ensures a weight and balance during writing that are decidedly superior to the base versions.

The specimen is configured as a Ballpoint Pen, operated by a smooth and extremely precise twist mechanism.
