Description from the seller
Magnificent collectible specimen of one of Omega's most distinctive and sought-after references from the 1980s: the Speedmaster "Teutonic", here presented in complete original condition. This piece combines the robustness of steel with the elegance of solid gold, offering an integrated design that marked an era in Swiss watchmaking.
Inside lies the legendary Caliber 861, the manually-wound movement that propelled the Speedmaster to the Moon. A mechanism of reliability and invaluable historical value.
The brushed steel case and the gold-covered bezel show signs of use consistent with its age: the gold on the bezel has some small dimples and is partially lifted at 12 o'clock.
The watch has never been polished, thus retaining its original factory lines and finish. It shows no significant knocks or dents.
Dimensions: 42 mm (bold presence on the wrist but very ergonomic thanks to its integrated design).
Crystal: original mineral glass in good condition, with no evident scratches.
Magnificent gold-toned dial, with applied indexes and the Omega logo standing out in impeccable condition, contrasting with the three symmetrically arranged sub-dials on a gray background with black hands.
Bracelet: Integrated steel and gold. Shows signs of use and normal tolerances for its age, but all the links are present, maintaining excellent solidity and the original Omega-signed clasp.
Functioning: The watch runs correctly, with a steady rate and precise response of the chronograph functions.
The watch is supplied with its original instruction manual and the stamped warranty booklet: it will be shipped with careful packaging.
Tracked insured international shipping.
