A surreal and atmospheric documentary image of the City of London (the oldest square mile of the British capital) and its continuosly evolving architecture. Photograph created in Dec 2014 from the rooftop scafoldings of a tall building under construction. Museum quality C-print on Fuji Crystal archival paper. Print no 15 from a small limited edition of 30.
The print is signed on verso and has an artist stamp at the bottom right corner of the image. The lot also includes a signed & dated Certificate of Authenticity. The artwork will be shipped flat (tracked in insured) well protected in acid free materials and a sturdy packaging
André Lichtenberg was born in Brazil and currently lives & work in Brighton UK. His work has been exhibited in museums and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018. His artworks are represented in numerous international art collections including the prestigious Joseph Cohen Family Collection in NY.
The shipping for France, Italy, Spain and Germany already includes custom taxes, as the studio is now able to pay for those in advance in the UK.
