Description from the seller
160 x 120 cm
Something loosens from the warmth at the top and begins to sink.
It does not fall straight. It spins, searches its way, without knowing it.
The further down, the less remains. In the end only vastness. Almost nothing. Almost enough.
One does not need to know where one lands to let oneself fall.

About me:
"My painting moves at the border between figuration and abstraction - a tension-filled dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds, and intuitive dynamics.
Inspired by the energy of abstract expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and rediscovery:
Lines break through surfaces.
Figures appear and disappear again.
An emotionally charged dance between control and letting go."
Mila Veljac'a is an artist of Croatian origin. She trained at art academies in Croatia, Vienna, Salzburg and Stuttgart and for several years shared her expertise as a lecturer in visual arts.
