This bronze sculpture was created by Peter Engelen, who belongs to the top of the small group of contemporary animal sculptors that the Netherlands has to offer. In his work he shows an exceptional talent for the art of omission. Intelligently, he manages to capture the essence and strength of his subject, whether it strides, leaps, creeps, stalks, or is completely relaxed.
Peter Engelen specializes in creating animal figures, with horses and predators being his particular preference. His sculptures are characterized by a powerful form, a keen sense of anatomy, and a striking expression of movement and character.

Viewing is, of course, possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary year.
