Italian contemporary artist Sebastiano Plutino presents the original hand‑painted work Tra cielo e mare, an acrilic painting on panel 70 by 50 cm, signed, with an authenticity certificate, dated 2026 and in excellent condition, depicting a maritime landscape in a contemporary style.
Description from the seller
Marina, figurative and abstract acrylic on panel 70x50, unique piece, modern, distinctive, painted entirely by hand by Italian artist Sebastiano Plutino. Certificate of authenticity with the artist's signature and stamp.
Sebastiano Plutino (Reggio Calabria, June 20, 1973) is an Italian painter and contemporary artist.
After studying at the Liceo Artistico “Mattia Preti” in Reggio Calabria, he dedicates himself completely to painting, developing a personal stylistic signature that blends figurative and informal elements.
His work is characterized by a particular sensitivity toward the sea, nature and Mediterranean culture: his “marine” scenes evoke meditative atmospheres, often dominated by bright skies, wide horizons and waters in constant movement, in a painting that conveys suggestion and introspection.
Alongside marine paintings, Plutino creates portraits — often of female figures — and informal landscapes, using oils, enamels and acrylics on panel or MDF, with decisive brushstrokes and dense, meaningful color stratifications.
His career includes numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad: his works have been shown in galleries such as Galleria ArteToma (Reggio Calabria), OnArt Gallery (Florence), Galleria Serraino (Reggio Calabria) and at events such as ArtePadova and PaviArt.
