Chinese Turquoise-Green Glazed Stem Bowl / Tazza – Large Heavy Pottery – Old Collection Inscriptions
Provenance
From an old Norwegian private collection with longstanding connections to East Asia.
Measurements
Height: approximately 16 cm
Diameter of bowl: approximately 23 cm
Diameter of foot: approximately 10 cm
Substantial and heavy ceramic construction.
Condition
Good antique/vintage condition considering age.
There is surface wear, glaze variation, minor scratches, firing irregularities, staining and other signs of age and previous handling.
No restoration has been identified during visual inspection.
The object has not been examined under laboratory conditions and no thermoluminescence or material analysis has been carried out.

The inscriptions, unglazed areas, foot construction and glaze surfaces are photographed in detail for assessment.
