ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass market product, where names supersede talent and where industrial production replaces the hand of man, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to only selling works that meet absolute criteria of excellence.
Our mission is simple but radical: to restore the nobility of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists.
We traverse Asia in search of genuine talent, artists whose work is not merely a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Hand-made: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We refuse industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique artwork, designed and made by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the assurance that the artist fully assumes their work, from the first sketch to the finish. We reject signatures on the board (printed signature); only hand-signed signatures are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We strongly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, without real artist involvement, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing tires.
We prefer to invest in intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who will leave a lasting mark. While we cannot predict the future, we firmly believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, grow in depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not just acquiring an art object. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to earn a living from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A real guarantee of acquiring a piece realized by the artist themselves, not a crude subcontracting exercise on the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than in a marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A real guarantee of acquiring a work realized by the artist themselves, not crude subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Biography of Hoang Anh.
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam; lives and works in Hanoi
Originating from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to the pivotal generation of Vietnamese artists (the 8x generation) who combine cultural heritage and contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on the Hanoi art scene with a bold approach to matter and color.
• Graduated from the Artistic Talents program (class of 13) at the Thanh Hoa Culture and Arts School
• Graduated from the Painting Department (class of 48) at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts
Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh’s work is distinguished by an intense exploration of texture and movement. While he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and the female figure, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• The energy of gesture: A practitioner of oil and acrylic painting, he frequently uses a palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a nearly musical rhythm on the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: His work plays on the contrast between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and flashes of primary colors — fiery reds, solar yellows, and deep blues — that seem to burst from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: His compositions do not aim to reproduce reality but to capture its emotional essence. His canvases often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the vibration of heat, or the bustle of a metropolis in transformation.
Exhibitions and Recognition
An active and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly exhibits in Hanoi’s prestigious galleries and within national art collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections in Vietnam and internationally, captivating with their ability to translate an Eastern sensibility into a universal, modern language.
"Painting is, for me, a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
