About the Artist: INKognito, the electric alter ego of a Polish contemporary artist (born 1983), created to channel a raw fascination with mass culture icons. Although my technical training is in computer science, my soul belongs to the neon aesthetics of the 1980s. The work is a vibrant mash-up of nostalgia and retro-futurism. Heavily inspired by the Golden Age of comics, the myth of superheroes, and the synth-wave energy of 80s cults such as "Back to the Future" — a visual dialogue between the childhood heroes and today’s digital possibilities. By uniting these pop culture totems with generative algorithms and traditional artistic sensibilities, I create a single "retro-future". Shipping: the work will be shipped rolled, including the certificate, without a frame or stretcher.
