Description from the seller
Paolo Desario - Venus Aurea Ex Undis
In his interpretation of the female body, Paolo Desario seeks the essence, the archetype. The study of form merges with that of pose, always in balance. Molding raw matter, clay, the artist gives life to a body and to a pose crystallized in time. And yet, the female body exudes freedom.
