The Present Edition is the second release in the exclusive Past, Present & Future trilogy and showcases Billy Walker’s innovative approach to cask management. This 16-year-old single malt was initially matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, before being finished in rare Mizunara virgin oak from Japan — a notoriously difficult and expensive oak to work with.
