Description from the seller
Longines, Automatic, I believe it belongs to the Heritage series, but I’m not certain and therefore I don’t guarantee it. What is certain is that it is a stunning model, in steel and 18k gold, (bezel ring weighing about 7 grams). The strap is also in steel and gold; in this case I have not tested the metal. Gold indices and date window. Original, branded strap. The original box is present; only the support that held the watch in place inside the box is missing, but it is not a necessary accessory. I will insert a protective block for shipping, which will prevent shocks and protect the watch; I wanted to reassure interested parties. There is an inscription on the case, besides Lingines E.F.C.O., there is an S and a number that seems like a 100, at the far right and left ends of the case; I have no idea whether it refers to or denotes a limited edition, or more likely it could refer to the depth in meters/feet it can reach underwater, but I am new to the Longines world and I do not yet know its symbolism. The size is about 38 mm, and the watch has a substantial weight, weighing 105 g. Up near the crown, an additional steel section makes it wider at that point. Very few signs of wear, and very superficial, visible in the photos; the glass is practically unscathed. A general cleaning of the bracelet is recommended, as it is a mid-90s piece and has its years; even if used perhaps once or twice, some deposits between the bracelet links and the watch may be present. If I have time, I’ll try to do it myself. The watch works very well, but may require lubrication/cleaning; I have not tested its long-term water resistance, but it may not require any treatment, I always mention this to avoid disputes. Fashion today is fully living the influences of the 1990s—music, styles and accessories—and therefore, in my view, this watch is very much on trend.
