Nino Caffè (Alfedena, 1908- Pesaro, 1975), Studio per Cardinali, 1973, ink pen and watercolor on paper applied to burlap canvas, 30x20 cm (49x41x4,5 cm including frame), signature and ad personam dedication at bottom right (dedicated to Giulia Vaiani Lisi, owner and founding partner of the Galleria d'Arte Pier Della Francesca in Arezzo), on the back stamp of the old Galleria d'Arte Pier Della Francesca, Arezzo.
Direct provenance from the artist's studio (with which the Gallery had a collaborative relationship, organizing two of his shows when he was alive), work never left this gallery. Work dedicated to Giulia Vaiani Lisi, owner and founding partner of the Galleria d'Arte Pier Della Francesca in Arezzo and co-curator of the two solo exhibitions of Caffè that took place in the gallery.
Documentation: Certificate of authenticity from the Galleria d'Arte Piero Della Francesca, Arezzo.
Conditions: Excellent: no damage, no restorations, slight even patina, a few small marks, beautiful classic wooden frame.
