Montblanc - Meisterstück - Fountain pen

Montblanc brand fountain pen from the year 2000, unused, like new, with box and instructions included. It does not write; it has ink problems, the mechanism turns but it needs ink. It has a dedication with my name, the name of the company where I work, and the year.
