ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where names supersede talent and industrial production replaces the hand of the artist, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the noble status of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of real talents, artists whose work is not driven by a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we propose meets stringent criteria:
- 100% Hand-made: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal work, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
- Guaranteed uniqueness: We refuse industrial replication, outsourcing, and factory-type production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and executed by the artist themselves.
- The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully accepts their work from the first sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on a printed plate; only the artist’s hand-signed signature is accepted, otherwise the works are rejected.
Against “Art Marketing”
We strongly oppose this current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, with no real intervention by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing tires.
We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the work. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who leaves a lasting impression. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring a piece of Art. You are supporting:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves, and not a crude outsourcing, merely because the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Long-lasting investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A real guarantee of purchasing a work made by the artist themselves, not crude outsourcing, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Biography of painter Nguyen Robert, born 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, an authentic village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work is distinguished by a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he has been fascinated by the rural architecture of his environment, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the projected shadows of water palm trees — all elements that would become the basis of his visual language.
Having always lived in his native region, Nguyen Robert over the decades developed a deeply contemporary, modern, and decidedly architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while preserving a poetic sensitivity inherent to Vietnamese culture.
His double heritage, Franco-Vietnamese, enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul infuses softness, spirituality, and fluidity into his works. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power.
Renowned for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today regarded as one of the distinctive voices in contemporary Delta Mekong painting. He continues his work in his Ben Tre studio, surrounded by the landscapes that have shaped his identity, and continues to exhibit in several galleries in Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art lovers seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
