Description from the seller

Claudio Rolfi, born in Genoa in 1960. From his early works one notices the great charm that Italian art of the 20th century has been able to exert on him, with great masters such as Casorati, Morandi, Carrà and de Chirico. In his forty years of artistic career there are more than seventy solo exhibitions and countless artistic events, among which TV broadcasts dedicated entirely to him. The work of Maestro Rolfi has been discussed by the most important journalistic outlets and by television and radio broadcasters. Among the most notable events is the grand show Centoeventigiorni held at Santa Maria degli Angeli in Rome in 2002, inaugurated in the presence of Mrs. Franca Ciampi and Walter Veltroni, the show at the Dopmiziano museum in Rome, the solo show at Mondadori in Milan, the show at the Palazzo della Cultura in Reggio Calabria and at BAM Baveno Arte Maggiore presented by Vittorio Sgarbi.

The Maestro's paintings have been used for about 6 years as set designs for the GEO program on Rai 3.

His works are present in many Italian collections, in the United States, Japan, Canada and throughout the rest of Europe.

Oil painting and mixed media on a panel canvas.

The work is a still life (composition) and comes with a certificate of Authenticity signed and stamped and shipped by Fedex courier.
