AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Claudio Rolfi, born in Genoa in 1960. From his early works, one notices the great fascination that Italian art of the 1900s has been capable of exerting on him, with masters such as Casorati, Morandi, Carrà and de Chirico. In his forty-year artistic career there are more than seventy solo exhibitions and countless artistic events, including TV programs dedicated entirely to him. The artistic work of Master Rolfi has been covered by the most important newspapers and television and radio broadcasters. Among the most notable events are the grand exhibition Centoeventigiorni held in Santa Maria degli Angeli, Rome, in 2002, inaugurated in the presence of Mrs. Franca Ciampi and Walter Veltroni; the exhibition at the Dopmiziano Museum in Rome; the solo show at Mondadori in Milan; the exhibition at the Palazzo della Cultura in Reggio Calabria and at BAM Baveno Arte Maggiore presented by Vittorio Sgarbi. The Maestro’s paintings have been used for about six years as scenery for Rai 3’s GEO program. His works are present in many Italian collections, in the United States, Japan, Canada and throughout the rest of Europe.

Oil and mixed media on a canvased panel.

The work is a Langhe landscape at sunset (composition) and is supplied with a signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity and shipped via FedEx.
