Magnificent "NiRAYAMA", samurai jingasa in thick, pliable/flat leather.

It is entirely in black lacquered leather with gold decorations.

With emblem of the samurai clan Karabana—Chinese flower used by different clans, and symbolic lucky turtles of fortune and longevity..

This Nirayama or Nirayamagasa 韮山笠 is decorated on both faces identically.

The interior is lacquered in red "shu-urushi" with its cords.

It is in good overall condition, 19th century. around 1863

Avec embléme de clan de Samourai Karabana-fleur chinoise utilisé par differents clans, et tortues symboliques de chance et longévité..

Ce Nirayama ou Nirayamagasa 韮山笠  est décoré sur les 2 faces de maniére identiques.

L' interieur est laqué en rouge "shu-urushi" avec ses cordons .

IL est en bon etat general  , 19 eme siecle. vers 1863
