Parker Duofold International fountain pen in the distinctive Pearl & Black Marble finish, complemented by gold-coloured trim and Parker's characteristic arrow clip.

The Duofold is one of Parker's most recognisable premium writing instruments. This International-sized example features an attractive pearlescent cream/white body with irregular black veining, contrasting black end pieces and gold-coloured details.

The pen measures approximately 131.4 mm capped.

The fountain pen is fitted with a Parker 18K / 750 solid gold nib. The nib has an Oblique Medium (OM), left-foot oblique configuration. The feed carries the number “88” marking. The angled profile of the oblique nib can also be seen in the detailed photographs.

Condition

Pre-owned vintage condition with signs of age, previous use and handling.

The pen presents attractively overall, although surface scratches, marks and signs of wear are visible. There is also age-related wear to areas of the gold-coloured trim. Please examine all photographs carefully, particularly the close-up photographs, as they form an important part of the description and show the actual cosmetic condition of the pen.

Important Note – Parker Duofold Cap Medallion

The Parker Duofold medallion on the cap originally featured a black background/infill surrounding and highlighting the gold-coloured lettering and decorative central rosette.

The black background/infill has been removed, leaving the medallion with a predominantly gold-coloured appearance.

This cosmetic alteration is specifically disclosed for complete transparency and can be clearly seen in the detailed photographs of the cap top.
