Splendid work on paper (1232) by master Ernesto Treccani, historic founder of the 'Corrente' movement. The drawing, dated 1977, belongs to one of the most iconic and beloved themes: the human face. Executed with a confident and poetic ink stroke, the drawing is enriched with shading and touches of pastel colors that confer expressive intensity and dynamism to the figure. The 40 x 30 cm format is ideal for the Milanese master's collection. The work is fully catalogued and archived. It bears on the back the original label with the original references as well as an authenticity certificate, issued by Rizzoli Finarte Milano. Identification code no. catalog 1232; code no. 0040/U/1977/BS. The work is presented with an antiqued wooden frame, pearl gray passe-partout surrounded by a gilded profile and protective glass. The painting, overall, is in very good condition, the paper perfectly preserved. Overall dimensions with frame: 60 x 50 cm.
