Description from the seller
Overview
This is an exceptionally large mechanical pocket watch measuring approximately 65.95 mm in diameter and weighing approximately 153.15 g, giving it a substantial physical and visual presence. The white dial features oversized Arabic numerals with warm gilt-toned centres and bold black outlines, complemented by a clearly defined outer minute track with five-minute numerals. The watch uses a traditional hours, minutes and central seconds layout, making the large dial particularly easy to read. Inside is a Swiss mechanical movement clearly marked 6 JEWELS, 2 ADJUSTMENTS and SWISS, with attractive decorative finishing visible across parts of the movement. The key feature of this watch is its impressive near-66 mm case size, giving it a striking display presence far beyond that of a conventional pocket watch.

Decorative scrollwork and circular finishing are visible on several movement components, adding considerable visual interest.

Weight: Approx. 153.15 g
Condition:
The watch remains in honest antique condition. The gold-coloured case shows visible age-related surface marks, wear, oxidation and areas of colour loss, particularly across the back cover. Additional wear is visible around the bezel and case edges.
The white dial remains clear and highly legible. A noticeable area of surface damage and colour loss is visible around the 10 o’clock numeral, together with lighter age-related marks elsewhere. The crystal shows normal surface marks and reflections consistent with use.
The movement appears visually complete and shows small age-related marks, spotting and surface wear consistent with an antique mechanical watch.
