Étienne Pixa, hand signed by the artist on the reverse, presents Joyful Collision - XL, an original 2026 acrylic on cotton canvas of 120 x 92 cm in excellent condition, sold direct from the artist with a signed Certificate of Authenticity; shipped rolled and unmounted with painted edges as a margin and not part of the main composition.
Description from the seller
An energetic and spontaneous abstract painting built around the collision of warm orange, vivid yellow, deep blue and white. Loose, gestural marks move across the surface in a continuous rhythm, alternating between open white spaces and densely worked areas.
The composition suggests movement, transformation and a sense of joyful disorder. The expressive orange strokes give the work a strong visual identity, while flashes of blue, yellow and red create tension and depth throughout the surface.
Rather than following a fixed geometric structure, the painting develops through gesture and intuition. Layers of colour, traces and spontaneous interventions remain visible, giving the work a direct and physical character.
A vibrant contemporary abstract work for collectors drawn to expressive painting, gestural abstraction and the energetic language of Action Painting.
Artwork size (height x width): 120 x 92 cm

Canvas & Mounting
The artwork is painted on cotton canvas and is shipped rolled and unmounted for safe and economical international transport.
The canvas includes additional painted material around the main composition (about 10 cm more in height and width), allowing it to be professionally stretched and mounted onto a suitable stretcher frame at destination. The painted edges serve as a fitting margin and are not part of the main composition.
The artwork is not ready to hang upon delivery. The buyer should have it professionally stretched and mounted according to the dimensions indicated in the listing. The thickness and type of stretcher frame, as well as the desired finishing (for example, visible or concealed edges), can be selected with a professional framer according to personal preference and the intended location of the artwork.
The canvas is securely packaged for transport and shipped with a tracking number.
