Object description:

Preserve Roger Moore is an exclusive original work by the French pop- and street-art artist AIIROH from 2023.

The large-format piece with dimensions of approx. 75 × 75 cm was created on high-quality Fine-Art paper with a weight of 300 g/m². The basis is a lithograph, which was subsequently personally processed and finished by the artist with acrylic paint by hand. The combination of printing technique and individual handwork gives the work its characteristic mixed-media character.

At the center is Roger Moore, who has become an icon of international film and pop culture, particularly through his long-time portrayal of James Bond. AIIROH translates his portrait into a contemporary visual language and combines classic celebrity iconography with elements from Pop Art, Street Art, and modern consumer culture.

Preserve Roger Moore is a true unique – Edition 1/1. There exists only one copy of this version. The piece bears the characteristic stencil signature of AIIROH and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

About the artist:

AIIROH was born in 1987 in southern France and has been engaged with drawing and painting since childhood. His long-standing work as a graphic designer in France and Switzerland shapes the clear, graphic, and modern design of his artworks.

His works are heavily influenced by Pop Art, New Pop Art, and Street Art. AIIROH takes up well-known personalities, brands, and symbols of pop culture and places them in new contexts. Among other things, he thematizes the strong visual presence of luxury brands and consumer goods in our society.

For his works AIIROH combines different techniques such as lithography, acrylic and spray paint, stencils, and collage elements. The additional hand finishing makes each work unique and merges graphic precision with the spontaneous aesthetics of street art.

AIIROH has worked on projects with chef Nobu and the luxury watch brand Hublot. He also designed bottle art for the French winery Bertaud Belieu in Saint-Tropez.

Preserve Roger Moore connects a well-known personality from film history with AIIROH's modern Pop-Art aesthetic. The square large-format of approx. 75 × 75 cm gives the motif strong visual presence.
