Description from the seller
Overview
This is a Carlon antique mechanical pocket watch with a distinctive two-colour 12/24-hour dial. Large black Arabic numerals indicate the conventional 1-to-12-hour scale, while red 13-to-24-hour numerals provide an additional 24-hour reference. A subsidiary seconds register is positioned at 6 o’clock, complemented by elegant gilt-toned hands. The silver-coloured case has a simple traditional appearance, while the mechanical movement shows visible ruby bearings and a conventional regulator. The principal highlight is the highly distinctive black-and-red 12/24-hour dial layout.
