Falcon – 2 Vintage Estate Pipes – Aluminium Frames – Briar Bowls – Restored

Set of two vintage Falcon estate pipes with aluminium frames and removable briar bowls.

Offered as a matching pair, these two classic Falcon pipes combine the characteristic curved aluminium frame with two distinctly different briar bowls: one smooth-finished bowl with attractive grain and one partially rusticated bowl.

Both pipes have been carefully restored, with the aim of preserving their vintage character rather than making them appear artificially new.

Restoration included:

* Bowls carefully reamed and internally cleaned
* Air passages and stems thoroughly cleaned
* Falcon humidomes thoroughly cleaned
* Aluminium frames cleaned and polished
* Mouthpieces cleaned and polished
* Briar bowls cleaned and lightly refinished
* Smooth bowl restained in a warm reddish-brown/mahogany tone
* Rusticated bowl restained in British Tan, with the high points subtly highlighted to enhance depth and contrast
* Both bowls finished with carnauba wax

The photographs of the open humidomes are included to clearly show the cleanliness and condition of the internal Falcon system.

Both pipes retain normal minor signs of age and previous use consistent with vintage estate pipes. Please study the photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description.

The removable Falcon bowls are interchangeable between compatible Falcon frames — one of the distinctive features of the Falcon system.

An attractive pair for a Falcon collector, or an excellent introduction to this classic and highly recognisable pipe system. Comes with 10 handmade absorbent Dry-Rings for use in the Falcon Humidome.
