The Macallan 18 Years Colour Collection is an exceptional single malt whisky that forms part of the distillery’s Colour Collection, a range designed to celebrate the brand’s commitment to natural color and the use of sherry-seasoned casks. It has matured primarily in American oak casks, enhanced with a subtle touch of European oak. All casks are pre-seasoned with authentic sherry from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

The packaging and visual identity for this collection were designed in collaboration with renowned artist and graphic designer David Carson. The visual concept draws inspiration from the landscapes of Jerez de la Frontera, capturing the warmth of the afternoon sunlight on the tiled roofs of the wineries and the vineyards nestled in the characteristic albariza soil.
This 15 Years Old whisky forms part of the Colour Collection from Speyside distillery of The Macallan. The Macallan 15 Years Old Single Malt Whisky has been aged in both American oak and European oak casks. These have been seasoned with sherry wine from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The Colour Collection has been made available exclusively for the travel retail market and was launched in 2024.
